I went to this Canadian spot Camrose Resort Casino a few weeks ago. The game floor had plenty of slots and a few tables, but I spent most of my time in the lounge where a local band was playing. Drinks were reasonably priced, and the crowd was pretty relaxed. Not too loud, not too packed. I played a bit, had a few beers, listened to music—nothing crazy, but a solid evening. If you're after a wild party, this probably isn't it. But for a casual night with options, I'd say it's worth checking out.
